We conceptualise, organise and manage marathons, trail runs and destination-based sporting experiences across India. We collect information you provide directly to us: (a) Registration data — name, email, phone number, city, chosen race distance, t-shirt size and any notes you share when registering for an event; (b) Enquiry data — name, email, phone, organisation and message submitted through our contact and partnership forms; (c) Communication data — records of emails, WhatsApp messages or calls with our team. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type, device information and pages visited, which helps us improve the website.

We use your information to: process and manage event registrations; communicate event details, schedules, route information and race-day instructions; send registration confirmations and event updates; respond to enquiries and partnership requests; publish results and issue finisher certificates; improve our events, website and participant experience; and comply with legal or safety requirements during events.
4. Event-Day Photography & Media
SPORTIVE events are photographed and filmed for promotional, editorial and archival purposes. By participating in a SPORTIVE event, you acknowledge that photographs or videos featuring you may be used on our website, social media channels and partner communications. If you prefer not to be featured, please write to us before the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with: event timing and race-management partners (to produce results and certificates); medical and safety teams at events (where relevant to participant safety); destination and government partners (only where required for event permissions or security); and service providers who operate our website, email and storage systems under confidentiality obligations.
